# How can I reach out to VIFY Team?

To create tickets for us, there are 3 main ways that you could try:

1. ** LiveChat within the app**

This is the best and fastest way to get our attention. We are online almost 24/7, so feel free to ping us when you need anything.

2.   **Directly from your mailbox:**

You only need to send an email to [support@vify.io,](mailto:support@vify.io,) describing the issues, queries about our applications. It is recommended that you attach any screenshot/picture/video related to the issue.
