# Invoice list

This guide provides an overview of the Invoice List feature in the Vify PDF Invoice app.
### How to access the invoice list
1. On the sidebar menu, click on Orders
2. Then, select Orders from the menu bar at the top.
You will now see the Order List, where you can manage your invoices with the following features:

### Key features
1.   Order filter: Users can filter orders by: *Order number or customer, Order status, Payment status, Fulfillment status,* and *Date range*.

2. Select number of orders, and order fields to be displayed. It is recommended to add/remove some fields to match your browser display.

3. Select action to ***Print/Download/Send email/Edit*** pdf file for 1 specific order. The ***Edit*** invoice feature is for paid plan only.

4.  Select multiple orders 
5. Select actions to perform with orders selected on (4)
