# Settings

First thing first, to access *Settings*, click on *Settings (on the menu bar)*:

The **Settings** feature in Vify gives you full control to tailor your experience and manage your invoices, emails, and store functionality efficiently. Let’s walk you through each setting:

1. **My Account: **Easily customize your store by updating your invoice logo, store name, address, company name, phone number, and email address to reflect your brand identity.
2. **Email Configuration**: Use your own email for automation to ensure professional, personalized communication with customers.
3. **Order & Printing**: Manage order documents effortlessly by choosing when to generate refund, picking bulk download options, customize file names, and sort items by title.
4. **Online Storage**: Enable auto-upload for invoices, packing slips, and refund documents to Google Drive, or keep them disabled if you prefer manual uploads.
5. **Online Store**: Add "Draft Order Create" and "Quotation Create" buttons to your cart page.
6. **Download buttons**: Insert a “Download PDF Invoice” button into your Shopify order confirmation emails so your customers can quickly access their invoices.
7. **General**: Set your preferred weight units, and customize your invoice and quotation numbering formats to fit your store’s needs.
