# Template list

This guideline gives you information about how to select and change the default template for your Invoice/ Packing Slip/ Refund. 

1. **Access the Template list**:
Click **Templates** from the sidebar or the top menu bar.

2. **Template page overview**
The **Template** page will display all your available and enabled templates.
Each template can be used for:
* Invoice
* Packing Slip
* Refund
* Draft Order

3. **Template actions**
* ✅ **Click on a template** to **preview** it.
* ⭐ **Click "Apply"** to set it as the **Default Template**.
* ✏️ **Click "Edit"** to customize the selected template.
* 🏷️ The currently selected template will be marked as **"Selected"** and used by default.

4. **Template availability**
* **5 Free templates** (available to all users):
Leopard, Goat, Wolf, Mouse, Horse
* **PRO templates** (for Premium users only):
Monkey, Dinosaur, Whale, Penguin, Dolphin, Dragon
