# Translate invoice language

This guide will show you how to:
* Set a **default language** for your invoices
* **Manually translate** invoice terms
Vify allows all invoices to be translated into multiple languages beyond English.
 
### Set up language
To access the translation settings:
1. Go to the Languages tab on the menu bar
2. Click**** on Languages
3. Select the language you want to use for your invoices

###### Optional settings
* Auto detect language by Customer Locale
If enabled, the app will automatically set the invoice language in Email Automation based on the customer's locale.
* Use RTL (right to left)
Enable this if the selected language reads from right to left (e.g., Arabic, Hebrew). The invoice will display accordingly.Click **Save** to apply your settings.
* Click **Save** to apply your settings.

### Manually edit translations
You can also manually customize translations:
1. Navigate to **Translations** from the menu bar
2. Choose the language you want to edit (the one selected during setup will be pre-selected)
3. Modify any translation fields as needed
4. Click **Save** to finalize your changes
