Add Download Invoice/Download Refund button to Shopify's confirmation email

This guideline gives information about how to add Download button to the Shopify's confirmation email/Refund email which is sent to your customer. Since Shopify does not allow apps to automatically update this, you need to manually insert the code, using instructions below:

Step 1:

In our app, select Settings => Download buttons, and the button you wish to add:

Step 2:

Hit Edit to customize the button to your liking, then this copy icon to copy to code:

Step 3:

In your Shopify admin page, go to Settings -> Notifications -> Customer confirmations:

Select the proper email template you want to update (we will select the Order Confirmation in this case) Under Order processing, click Order confirmation

Paste the code from Step 1 onto Email Body (HTML), normally right before tag at the bottom:

Click Save to finish.

Then you can make a test order on Shopify to see what it really looks like.

Add frontend download buttons to Order detail page

To easily add a Download Invoice/Download Refund button to Order detail page within Customer Account, please follow the instructions here:

Go to Download buttons menu within our app's Settings, and click on the proper Enable button

or you can go to App Embeds tab under Themes customize

Enable the button(s) that you want to add, and customize it further to your liking

Hit Save so the changes are updated

To test it out, go to your Online Store, login to an account, and hit on an Order to view the detail, you should see the button there

Since this button is added using our theme extension, it is automatic, and might not work perfectly with your theme. In such case, you could consider the manual option, by manually adding the code to your theme. The instructions can be found HERE

How to create a new gift card product

To create a new gift card product on our app, please follow the instructions here:

Go to Products tab and hit Add gift card product

Fill in all the necessary information to proceed

Title: Your gift card title
Description: Your gift card description
Media: Add images to your gift card product, and select the one you wish to be the main picture
Denominations: Add value and price of gift card Note: The value field and either be a value (number) or title (text) For example:
If you set value as $100 and price as $90: Customer buys the gift card for $90, but the gift code value would be $100
If you set the value as Birthday, and the price as $90: Customer buy the gift card for $90, and the value is also $90
Status: Set status of the gift card product
Tags: Add different tags to this product if you wish
Gift card expires: Set the gift code, once generated, to expire after a certain period of time

Hit Update and that is it!

This guideline gives you information about what are included in our app's Settings.

To access Settings, click on Settings (on the menu bar):

Customize store information to be displayed on invoices.

Upload logo to display on the invoices
Update your Store information
Select unit to display the product weight
Select options for multiple download (in 1 big pdf file, or 1 zip file of small pdf files), and display invoices before or after orders have been modified (edited/ refunded)
Set up configuration to use email automation with your own email address
Set up custom Invoice number and Quotation number
Sync your pdf to Google Drive
Set up Front-end "Download" button with attached pdf

Hit "Update" to save all the changes.

This guideline gives information about how to manually add "Download" button to your Customer's Account page. Since the code is added manually, you might need to remove them if you uninstall the app.

FIRST OPTION: Adding the button to Order Detail page

Step 1: In our app, select Settings => Download Download => Edit option on the sidebar:

Customize the button to your liking, then hit this Copy icon

Step 2: In your Shopify admin page, click on Online Store -> Themes, then Actions -> Edit code:

How to generate a new gift card code

By default, whenever a customer purchases the gift card product in your store, a gift code is generated on Shopify (and displayed on our app as well).

You could also manually create a new gift card code on our app, by following instructions here:

Go to Gift Card tab, and hit Issue Gift card

Fill in the information as asked

Hit Issue gift card, and it is done!
