Download multiple invoices

This guideline gives all you need to know about Download multiple invoices in our app.

1. How to download multiple invoices

• Go to the first feature in the app Vify Order Printer
• Click on the three dots ( ⋮) located at the top-right corner.
• From the menu, select Download multiple invoices.

2. Choose your type of download

To choose your preferred format:

• Go to Settings -> Order & Printing.
• Click Edit.

Under Bulk download options, select your ideal format:

• Compressed ZIP File: Each invoice is saved as a separate PDF, bundled into one ZIP file
• Serial PDF File: All invoices are merged into a single, continuous PDF file
