Download multiple invoices

This guideline gives all you need to know about Download multiple invoices in our app.

How to download multiple invoices
Go to the first feature in the app Vify Order Printer
Click on the three dots ( ⋮) located at the top-right corner.
From the menu, select Download multiple invoices.


Choose your type of download
To choose your preferred format:
Go to Settings -> Order & Printing.
Click Edit.
Under Bulk Download Options, select your ideal format: +
+ Compressed ZIP File: Each invoice is saved as a separate PDF, bundled into one ZIP file.
+ Serial PDF File: All invoices are merged into a single, continuous PDF file.
