New Feature: Company Information on Invoices

We’re excited to announce a brand-new update: you can now display your company information directly on invoices!

This makes it easier for your customers to identify who the invoice is from, while helping you stay professional and compliant with business requirements.

Note: This is only available on PREMIUM plan and higher

What’s New?

With this feature, your invoices can now include important company details such as:

• Company name/Location
• Company Address
• Tax/VAT number (if applicable)
• etc

Once enabled, these details will automatically appear in the header section of your invoices.

Why This Matters

• Professional look: Every invoice now clearly shows your business identity.
• Regulatory compliance: Many regions require company details to appear on official invoices.
• Customer trust: Clients can quickly confirm the invoice is authentic.

How to Enable It

• Navigate to Templates tab, and hit Edit on your default template

• Under Shipping Information, enable Company Information and check the data you wish to show, and view a demo of how it will show on actual orders

• Hit Save and you are good to go
