Quotation

This guideline gives information about how to process a Quotation/ Pro Forma in our app.



With PREMIUM package, merchant can create Quotation/Pro Forma invoices as they like.

Simply access by clicking on the _Order_ -> _Quotation_**_s_** button on the menu bar:











Filter quotations

Select quantity to display in 1 page

Create new Quotation

Select 1 or multiple quotations

Actions with selected Quotations:

Download
Print

Action with 1 specific Quotation

Print
Edit
Download
Resend to customer
Convert to actual order
Upload to Google Drive



Once clicking on the _New Quotation_ button, merchants will be redirected to this POS-similar interface, where they can process with creating the quotations as they wish:







There are 2 ways to add custom products in Quotation:









This way, the product will not be added to Shopify store



Use the Custom product button

You can add more detail and image of this product, set this to be buyable on front-end as well.

The new product is also added to Shopify store.
